The oldest of the great cognac houses, founded by Jean Martell in 1715, Maison Martell is renowned throughout the world for the finesse and elegance of its cognacs, the result of a legacy of savoir-faire handed down through nine generations.

Together with a passion for its craft and a profound attachment to the terroir, Maison Martell is defined by the audacity with which it has challenged convention to create new expressions of cognac, including the icon Martell Cordon Bleu in 1912.

Signature Martell par Alexandre Mazzia

Château de Chanteloup, opens its doors to the public for the first time in its history with Signature Martell par Alexandre Mazzia.
Co-created by Martell’s Cellar Master, Christophe Valtaud, and three-Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Mazzia, this intimate experience is centered around cognac and gastronomy. The decor of the space has benne thoughtfully designed in connection with both Château and Cognac region. It’s a journey of discovery into the heart of cognac production.

The Signature Martell propose 3 level of experiences.

Signature Martell – It begins at the bar with a signature cognac cocktails, and ends in the library for a final cognac tasting and to discover Maison Martell’s most exclusive editions, available at the Château.

At the Heart of Martell – In addition to Signature Martell experience, a private tour in the historic cellars of Maison Martell and a cognac tasting are included.

Le Grand Voyage Martell – In addition to the Signature Martell experience, a tasting in the historic cellars of Maison Martell, an exclusive access to the Cellar Master’s Workshop, and a private session on the Art of Blending are included.
